My interactions with the Sapulpa branch have consistently merited a five-star rating. While banking issues are infrequent, the staff has demonstrated a commendable ability to resolve them, typically within a 48-hour timeframe. I greatly value their professionalism and appreciate their representation of the bank.
DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! horrible customer service, & they will over charge your card every chance they get. They have financially screwed me over the last 3 months cause they want to pull money out when I’ve already paid OR they tell me that I’m all paid up then hit my credit with it. I go up there to pay it & they won’t even run my card because it has my husbands name on it. (We’re married & we’re both on both accounts, westreets account, & our regular bank) make it make sense! it’s just horrible. The people there n... read more

1 The staff on Taft at Reasors in Sapulpa is always caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. I trust them. 2. Your bank statements are laid out well and easy to understand. 3 you are an in house operation.
