This would have to be one of the worst companies I have had to deal with in terms of communication. Ordered 2 Shade Tract Awnings in October 2025 told 4-6 weeks. After the time was up rang them on several occasions only to be told quite abruptly that the order was in production. Installation finally rang me early January 2026 and had two installation dates cancelled and rebooked. Finally installed on 21 January 2026. We had Westral install roller blinds for a corner window. We’ve used Westral before and we were very happy with the quality of their products. Phong was very friendly and helpful, completing the installation. Would highly recommend Westral to anyone.
