Your sales rep Brendan was on time and friendly, measured up and quoted quickly with a great price. We received text messages with the installation day. Phong was extremely friendly, efficient and even took our old blind away for us. He had a puzzle for the kids to play with too! Thanks Westral.
While I love my shutters, the service side of things has not been a good experience. I emailed them on the 4th of November with an issue I’m having. I had to follow up two weeks later after no action had been taken yet. Finally someone came to visit on the 25th of November but it didn’t seem he had been briefed on my issue at all as he couldn’t help and said he would write a report for the office and that’s it.
