If you are after good customer service, don’t bother with Westral. Our experience has been very disappointing and frustrating.
I keep coming back to these guys. Did my security doors, then windows now roller blinds. Excellent service provided by the sales rep Kessu, then Phong (installer). Phong was very helpful good advice and quickly determined the factory fault on the blind and replaced it same day. Thank you Phong for excellent service. Will see you guys again in the future.
