We would like to give a big shout out to Phong, who came out to replace a problematic blind for us in Parkwood yesterday (10/11/25). He was very helpful and very professional and did a great job installing the replacement blind. He cleaned up and left no mess whatsoever and the new blind is working very well, thanks Phong. Also, a big thankyou to Judy in Management who arranged the replacement and showed that Westral really do stand behind their product and will work to fix issues if they arise. Thank you, Judy.
We have used Westral a few times now. This time for our own home (previously rental property). Privacy and Block out Blinds installed by Phong once again. Great look, Great job and Great customer service by him.
I have used Westral for blinds, security doors and shutters in three homes now. They have always been super efficient, polite and timely. I could not recommend them highly enough - I don't even get quotes these days I go straight to Westral.
