My grandmother is in this facility for rehab after surgery. She is unable to walk unassisted and it took over 24 hours for them to supply a walker. When she needed pain meds she asked 4 different people for it- over FOUR hours later she asked again and they said she needed to ask for it. They are not feeding her to the point that family had to drive there to give her food!!!
