The worst company ever. At least the Sheridan location. Nasty rude customer service. They never have a tech to fix a chair. They care about money not the client. They belittled me and screamed at my adult child for asking questions that I did not think of. Major lack of communication. Just an awful disgusting place how they treat clients.

This company built a $5800 wheelchair (manual), then after less than a year, would not service the chair because I didn't have Humana as my insurance carrier! If you have them build you a wheelchair, make sure that you have Humana! BECAUSE if you don't, they won't service your chair! Good luck, as your going to need it with them as a service provider! I've given them two stars because they build a decent wheelchair, but without service, it won't stay decent for long!

The company that I used before going to west peak completely set up my wheelchair wrong. Weastpeak adjusted my chair and made it alot better. Allen didn't charge me anything for the adjust. The people there are very nice, and very knowledgeable. This will be the only place I will be going to if I need anything done to my wheelchair.
