Dealing with these people left me feeling gross.
Currently having 2 custom chairs ordered with this company, and I was extremely impressed with their fitters knowledge and experience.
The worst company ever. At least the Sheridan location. Nasty rude customer service. They never have a tech to fix a chair. They care about money not the client. They belittled me and screamed at my adult child for asking questions that I did not think of. Major lack of communication. Just an awful disgusting place how they treat clients.
