Westpac private gave me 30 days to close out all of my finances with them via letter which I didn’t receive until 3 days prior to them attempting to push to sell my properties off. Don’t believe that there is any small amount of friendship with that Susan Taylor and prior managers after laughing with them for 20 years. I ended up paying 85k fee plus 12% interest for a 2 month overdraft with external emergency finance til I sorted my finances out. I left a message on their answering machine to borrow $3m two weeks ago and nobody called me back. Really disappointing from a private bank.

Poor service. I was on the queue and I could see already few customers walked away. I was told to be wait for 5-10mins and wait and wait 15mins - no one tried to help. The worst bank branch ever
