Wouldn’t use this Westpac ATM. I deposited cash into the machine, and after the money was accepted, an error message appeared saying the transaction couldn’t be processed. The machine kept my money and didn’t return it. To make matters worse, the funds never appeared in my account. When I tried to get help calling the online support team, I was told that because it was the weekend (Saturday), nothing could be done until the next business day (Monday). This address is wrong. Westpac Woy Woy is now at 28 Blackwall Road - several blocks away. They moved 3 years ago. Apparently they can’t update it as it’s “a Google problem”.
