Super nett und zuvorkommend
Continued issues with Westpac especially in relation to customer service. Called 2-3 times about unauthorised payments to my card and left voicemails explaining urgency and definite scam . Been a week no call back. Called again today , no answer either . Tried to get help through app too. Legitimately unreachable. Will be cancelling account
Keeps going to voice mail and open till 5pm Friday but it is not. Queue on Friday and closes before 4pm. What a joke. Great way to ruin peoples Fridays and weekends
