If I could give minus 1 star I would!! Terrible customer service by Westpac, regularly only two tellers working at any given time, line ups 5-9 customers deep most times I go in with silly customer service staff walking the line offering no help at all because most people in the line need an actual teller and the reason they have big posters up asking for respect for their staff is because it’s so frustrating going in their and having to line up for sometime 12-17 minutes just to do a transaction that can’t be done using the... read more
I had an appointment here at 9:30 this morning to open a bank account. As soon as I arrived, I was able to be seen straight away, which was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. A staff member named Jimmy was especially friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy with the service I received today and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
