I went to register a phone at the Westpac branch in Wodonga.
Always helpful each time I visit.
Stuck waiting in line for nearly an hour because there's only 1 teller - seems to be a regular thing. The most ridiculous setup for a bank where you can't even find the teller (because it's down a "hallway")
Went to open a bank account for a business purpose. Stayed outside for 30-45 minutes and people pass who came after me. Staff member came out and told me to meet someone. I was waiting further time for her. Again a staff lady came out and wanted to tell to the teller for the appointment. Finally I got an appointment on Monday. It's far for my urgency. I think this is more than a normal reason. Please be fair for all the customers. Do not simply be racist. Finally I choose combank.
