Absolutely horrific experience. Dealing with the estate of a family member and they showed no compassion, empathy or bothered to take the time to explain anything. I was quoted multiple times “policy is” … that’s great and I get policy but show some compassion when dealing with people who walk in holding a death certificate for a family member!
Friendly helpful staff, sorted out PIN issue.advise that the bank was moving upstairs in late June into old St George location.
Very poor service , only 1 westpac team member was available . So either wait for your turn or comeback later .
