Terrible customer service. Unable to give simple advise on their own products. Go to a different branch
Abysmal service today. A considerable amount of my money was lost trying to deposit into their ATM and Chris couldn’t have cared less. All he had to do was count the money in the ATM find the variance and give me my money back. No urgency or empathy whatsoever and I’m still no clearer of when I’ll have a resolution. Apparently banks won’t let you access your own money. I’ve never received worse service in my life!
Great service from Momotaz Islam. She helped me with my problem this day and Momo is very patient with me regarding my concerns. Keep up the good job always Momo , and also I wanted to give a very good rating to Vicky for assisting me in opening my account. Sorry for the late review but you deserve a good ratings too. Over all , 5 star .
