My recent experience at the Windsor branch was disappointing. The service felt dismissive, and I did not feel respected as a long-term customer. I hope the branch teams review their approach to customer care.
Great service. Stephen and Lauren were very friendly and professional.
Today I was serviced by team member Susan at Windsor Westpac branch well she made my day. I was supposed to help a friend get some change at Commonwealth Bank Windsor inside Riverview Shopping center but the lady Sonja there Said I had reached my $100 change limit for the day.. Omg what rules did they introduce which does everything to convenience customers. Unlike Westpac Windsor... Susan was lovely she just got the coins for me n i was out in 5mins..
