29th July monday 330pm... RUDE!! I hate giving bad reviews! but this experience left me infuriated!! not only was the teller rude to me she was rude to several customers including an elderly man who clearly had a disability, no humility towards him. This is disgusting service and unacceptable. I work in hospitality so I understand when its busy it can get overwhelming- but there is a difference between being overwhelmed and just pure nastiness! Poor customer service
Too many staff standing around doing nothing and they just ignore that customers are waiting Wednesday 1pm-2pm on 22nd April 2026
By far the worst bank branch I have ever been to. The customer service here is appalling. Majority of the employees at the branch are rude and have bad attitude towards the customers. And when defending ourselves we get told that the customer is aggressive. I walked into the branch today, expecting to receive decent customer service and walked out feeling quite intimidated due to the attitude of the bank teller.
