Why you are keeping hanging off my calls? I have an urgent request and this isn’t the service I deserve
Tried applying for a credit card online, multiple attempts, multiple visits to the branch and multiple time being told that they don’t need anything more from me. Staff were forgetful of process and always needed something else to get approval. It’s the most drawn out process and like the bank doesn’t want my business.
I had a great experience at the Westpac Bank branch in West Lakes, Adelaide. The male customer service representative ( Sorry forget to ask name ) was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and set up my account within minutes, making the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent service and very welcoming staff — highly recommend this branch!
Worst!!! The amount of issues I've had just with setting up 3 of my teenagers accounts have been ridiculous. Not once has it ever been a smooth transition with anything that I have needed done.
