Waited 15 minutes in line. Only one staff working. The other one pretending to be busy. I wanted to deposit some coins and they told me they can’t accept coins because they don’t have the automated counting machine. I asked them to count it manually and they said they couldn’t do that. This is such poor service. I went to another bank in the Centre which I don’t event have an account with and they were more than happy to exchange it for notes. Offer better customer service or I will move my business elsewhere.

This branch always shows excellent customer service, thankful to them for giving so much time and effort helping my mum with her accounts and banking queries, always friendly and customer focussed.
