Yesterday went to take out some money out of ATM the worker who was standing lecturing me with attitude is not for to work Name is Shirlene I was there in morning approximately at 9.45
On Friday 31/07/2026 I visited this branch to deposit cash into my brother's account. The cash deposit machine at the front of the branch was broken, so I went to the counter for assistance. Instead of helping me, the worker SHIRLENE bluntly told me to "use the front machine" without even checking whether it was working. I had to raise my voice in front of all customers and point out that the machine was OUT OF SERVICE before she finally said, "OK, let me have a look." Banks are pushing customers towards transacting at ATMs yet at this branch, they only have 1 ATM available. Today I waited patiently in the queue to make 2 separate deposits which was fine except for the fact that there was a Westpac representative waiting with 2 senior customers to help guide them when it was their turn. This representative was watching us over our shoulder as we independently utilised the ATM.
