Terrible customer service
The Branch Manger here cant speak English properly! OMG She was extremely inhelpful unproffessional never said her name or identified herself from where she was calling and had a `No Can't help' attitude. Your best going to another branch that has a competent Branch Manager....What a disgrace...
Their app sucks and their customer service is no better!
Westpac watergarden location is just in front of the Market place's Woolworth.
