I'm new to Westpac. I emailed the branch manager ahead of time to prepare for my transactions. I not only received a timely response, I was expected upon arrival and assisted very well. I'm glad for this branch.
I went to Westpac on June 17th morning, the teller lady named Rosie, she was amazing and went out her way to help me. Because I told her that I was going overseas that day.
