Worst possible customer service. Been 2 times to this branch and still my experience is bad. Regina needs to be sacked immediately. Made an appointment and she could not be bothered to keep it, but rather take someone off the street, after 15 minutes waiting I walked out in disgust. Close this branch, totally useless.
