Lovly service and was 100% dedicated to my issues even at closing time
Very poor service. Whilst the staff are generally nice, their ability to complete tasks to a reasonable (not dven high) standard is lacking. Resulting in having to attend the branch on multiple different occasions to resign the same documentation. The need to re-attend the branch and resign the same documents has been consistent over the years (Whether it be for mortgage, investment, trading, general banking). I am seriously considering closing all of my Westpac accounts. If I could give a "no star" rating, I would.
Professional, efficient and friendly service at this branch from Julian. Thanks to Julian's efficiency the transaction took surprisingly less time than expected! Thank you!
