I wish there was an option of no star or minus stars. This branch with the whole team from low to to top are useless. The worse experience ever going to this branch. I have a home loan with Westpac, being their customer for over 20 years. Raised an issue on my home loan, there was a discrepancy. There was a short old lady that was there with lots of attitude said she can help me. Kept me there for another 30 min, then she said you go home we call you next week. Useless branch. Always no coin exchange. Staff told me it's popular branch so run out so quick. If it is, need to increase more as customer needs!!
