Met with Alan to set up a business account, he was patient, kind and gave me as much time as I needed to understand what I was signing up for. He talked through different accounts with me, provided me with the information and allowed me to make my own decisions. He then followed up with a call a week later to ensure everything was going okay & when I mentioned I was having an issue with the account he invited me straight back to the bank to have this rectified. Spoke to a lady on the phone regarding setting up an account. Was extremely rude and very short with her answers. Did not want to help assist and I felt very rushed as a potential client. No thank you I'm not coming back here.
Today I got bully from the train for Mark down the city West Park and Abhi guys Ganga back and ask you a silly question and you wanna ask down and never gonna give it to you and try to scam you don’t go on it. I assume you guys go with him.
Very disappointing experience. I wish there is no star at all.Very poor service. I visited the Westpac Underwood branch to set a PIN for my 9-year-old daughter, who had just opened her first minor account. I had already tried setting up the PIN online but faced issues and was advised to visit the branch for assistance. The staff member I dealt with appeared extremely tired and uninterested in helping.
