Not helpful staff. I tried to get my accounts opened after filling in the details required and I checked at Westpac Ulladulla and was told that they would have to call the same number as me to clear block - no help. - I am now on the phone after 30 mins still waiting.
Some staff need some training on customer service. Everything is such a bother.
Every time I come here massive lines absolute Joke every time one teller on lining up out the door changing to ANZ
Staff out of touch and out of their depth. Not sure if this branch has been left behind or the staff are unable to keep up with the essential / basic services customers require.
