What an offing joke. We've seen countless branches close over the last few years, now just a handful between tweed and the the goldcoast. This one is bloody terrible. Half the the time I go here t0 deposit notes or coins the machine isn't working but that's ok I don't mind having to drive all the way to elanora where not once has the machine not been working. 100% no customer service!! So rude, bias too. Don't go here if you need a basic bank component as in requiring change of cash.
Refusal of. Any chance to regain legible identified documents reluctant to gain a better understanding on losss of money due to incomplete transmission and incompetent disputes also have had many situations of belittling behaviour from staff over 25
