leaving 1 star as it does not leave me an option to leave 0 . staff memeber was very rude apparently it was quite unreasonable for me to expect her to do her job.

Worker shut down all my mobile banking apps even when she seen my drivers licence saying it was still suspicious. Poor form as I accepted that I could not withdraw money and told her I would be back again once I had other ID
Needs to be open longer as some people work as well
