UNBELIEVABLE! 😡 Just had the worst experience at the bank. They told me they don't have staff who can do bank guarantees and to come back another time... WHAT A JOKE! There were like 5 staff members just chillin' there, no one could help me. Asked to see the manager, and some lady comes in and starts arguing with me. When I asked if she was the manager, she said no and kept going off. Said she was busy but managed to waste 10-12 mins arguing 🤯. Told me to go to another bank, like that's helpful. This branch has been closed for about a year now at Tuggeranong. Both Westpac & NAB shut their branch’s that were located there. The St George branch there now does Westpac transactions also.
There was no experience as it closed without warning. 😡
