Disorganised and slow. The service here isn’t ever impressive.
Hopeless branch, hopeless bank. The staff are pleasant, cold but incompetent and make promises about calling you back, and don't. It seems that they never answer their phone, take voicemail messages, and then ignore them. I am the process of changing to Macquarie Bank after 45 years with Westpac after being required to go into a branch 6 times in the last 2 months to unlock CC due to security. There has to be a better way.
