It’s such a great team at the Ruthven St branch but Ingrid really stands out as super helpful and friendly. Really appreciate all the assistance we’ve received over two decades.
Be prepared to wait in line as they only ever have one customer window open. 20 to 30 minutes seems to be a normal wait time. Where has the customer service gone?? Lift your game westpac or people may as well switch to online banking and wipe their hands of your crap low staff branches.
