Worst customer experience I have ever seen. The lady that served my mother was extremely rude and treated my mother like a criminal, all because my mother's notes were rolled up, and the westpac employee had to manually count them instead of being able to use the machine. I tried to con act the branch myself to provide this feedback but they won't return my calls. I would seriously think twice before using this branch for any assistance.
