It’s honestly rare to see a banker who’s both young and so intelligent. Christy provided amazing customer service, explained everything clearly, and was super efficient. Such a smooth and positive experience! This is my favourite branch with very helpful staffs.
Poor, slow and rude customer service.
So bad service they provided! Very disappointed, frustrating and unhelpful staffs! They do nothing and just ask customers to do everything by themselves online. And deliver the WRONG messages about the account
Hopeless staff at this branch. Firstly the staff were just chatting behind the counter amongst themselves for what seemed like forever. Then I was finally called over and received appalling service from the older Asian woman. Will put in an official complaint to head office soon. Customers existing and potentially new, do yourselves a favour and head straight to the Westfield Doncaster Shoppingtown branch where the tellers and staff are delightful and love their job and are so kind and generous with their time.
