Very slow staff. Wait very long time. No acting to solve the long queue. Avoid this branch.
My partner and I would like to highlight the excellent experience we had at the Westpac Sunshine branch. We initially needed to call the branch late on Friday, just before closing time. Vivian answered the phone and, despite the branch being about to close, she was incredibly accommodating. She went out of her way to seek assistance from her manager and even called us back after the branch had already closed to provide updates, which we truly appreciated.
