The staff here is fast & very responsive!
Some staff in this branch is unprofessional from my view. When asked, they blame other department in their bank for telling me to come to the branch. I found the whole conversation combative rather than friendly. There was a technical issue on their system but they didn't apologize. Instead they make wrong assumptions and make the whole thing more confusing. The technical issue solved itself after the fifth try, which obviously proved what they suspected was baseless and wrong.
