Lovely staff but horrible operational practices. Long line but only one teller on with other staff sitting in office
I went to this bank this morning and as I entered there was a long line. I saw a couple who was very loud and as they left the guy said to one of the elderly ladies’Do you have a problem? I could tell that he wanted to pick a fight with anyone. There are 2 problems with this bank. The first being that the younger generation of people pay no respect to our elders of our community and the second is that there are not enough tellers to serve people who want to take money out of their bank account.
