A friend used the ATM requested $100 but no money was dispensed. Brought up the issue with staff inside the bank they refused to give the cash, told them to look at their cameras. Instead the teller handed over the $100 but also double dipped and took $100 out of my friends account. This was a few weeks ago and the $100 has not been put back into the account.
