A huge thank you to Anna Kim for her outstanding customer service. My parents visited the Westpac branch yesterday to get help with their home loan, and Anna went above and beyond to assist them. Although she wasn't from the Home Loan team, she spent over two hours helping my parents while communicating with Westpac's head office on their behalf.
