There was always good customer service and responsive staff at this branch, well, that was several years ago. Now it seems as if the customer is someone they want to discourage. They absolutely refuse to go out of their way for you, staff and manager. I went home and expediently achieved all that the branch refused using phone banking, who apologised for the bad service at the branch.
I attended this branch after telephone banking were unable to assist me in relation to term deposits. I initially spoke to Jenny who was helpful and patient before then speaking to Eleni who after considering my issue resolved it. She was thoughtful and listened attentively. What wonderful and down to earth service I had. I could not speak more highly of both.
Thank very much to Jane and Katerina for their kindness, patience and solving all my questions and problems with banking.
Super friendly , they take extra care with the aged , disadvantaged , impared etc . They get a few dramas , but keep calm and polite .
