Consistently extremely long wait times with queue out the door, consistently only 1 teller open with plenty of other staff walking around but not serving, consistently unacceptable!
10/04/26 I arrived at the help desk (with my young daughter in tow) and the teller that was there just walked off. I waited there for 20 minutes without the teller returning or any customer service until I gave up and left. An elderly lady that was behind me said she was there earlier in the day for 40 minutes without any service and she was back trying to do her banking again... The customer service at the St Ives branch is non-existent. This is NOT good enough Westpac! 😡
Been waiting in line for nearly an hour just to deposit... and still waiting
25min wait to get to teller....
Disappointing experience on yesterday Tuesday 4/11/25. Only one teller working, and the wait time was over 40 minutes. The staff member which was on duty is always very slow, and having her alone on the counter made the delay even worse. More than five older aged customers were left standing in line for very long period of time, this level of service is unacceptable, Westpac St Ives you need to improve your customer service!!!
