Worst branch I’ve ever been to. There’s others close by thankfully.
Good customer service
Terrible service. The Vietnamese lady-staff member in the first room on the right was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She abandoned me mid-service to help another customer and pushed me to customer service, who then refused and sent me back. When I returned, she spoke in a bullying and intimidating manner. Completely unacceptable behavior for a bank!
