I organised my home loan with this team. Joyce was fantastic to deal with and all of the tellers have been fantastic!! I actually go out of my way to come to this branch as the service has been so good.
Stood in line for 40 minutes while 2 tellers served 1 person. The only other teller not taking any customers. Service is always slow and staff are rude when you want to withdraw money.
Don’t go there unless you can wait a few hours
Terrible experience ever waiting 15 min for rude staff.
