So I need to say it how it is so the big banks get the message and understand that as customers we hold the power and that they need to do better. I went in to get some change and the teller advised me he was running low on the plastic bags and that I should bring my own bag in the future to carry my change. We put through over $3m a year through that account and pay countless fees, interest rates and all the other nonsense and you're running low on bags? Order more, I don't care. Just want to say thank you to Shani who helped me and my husband today to open a joint account as we failed to do so online we came in and she immediately stepped in when walking in asked us what we needed and proceeded to help and make this transition smooth I highly recommend her. I presented to the Springfield Westpac branch after weeks of frustrations dealing with different parts of Westpac departments on the phone where no-one was able to identify and fix the issues my bank account was having. Emily went above and beyond to contact all the relevant authorities to connect the dots and fixed it for me within a day! I am incredibly grateful for Emily’s outstanding support and cannot thank her enough for turning such a stressful experience into a positive one.
