In 2024 my elderly father was assisted with his account in store by George. My Dad was so impressed with George's helpful, amicable manner that George became a household name whenever anyone in our family needed help - we'd say - where's George! This week I had to go into Westpac Southland on behalf of my Dad and couldn't believe it when the person behind the counter was George!!
