Big sign on the door informing Bank of Melbourne customers like myself that they can use this branch for their banking needs, which is a nice surprise after they closed the BoM branch in the same shopping centre, so I went in to exchange a damaged note and was served immediately. The lady who served me was polite, friendly and chatty. The branch has obviously been renovated somewhat recently as it has a fresh modern and inviting feel. I really liked it.
