The service was extremely poor, the waiting time was long, and the number of staff was very small.
Had such a good experience with this branch, Michael was a huge help for our small business and made sure all of our questions were answered clearly. Constant communication throughout the process and have now secured a loan to help our business grow. Definitely recommend this branch and Michael in particular!
