i am from WA , and I left a message for the branch to call back to assist me with Westpac clients. Branch manager (Jennifer) phoned me back with in 30 minutes and was able to assist with no issues
not for the first time I have found the female manager of this branch very aggressive ..... the answer from the male behind the counter when I said I did not understand what he was telling me was that he was speaking English........ the sooner this branch closes the better....
