Friday afternoon and we only have one person on the tells working what a joke the westpac/st George bank is. Moved over here from the commonwealth thinking it would be better now thinking I should look around
took 45 minutes to get served.only one teller .the que was out the door at one time ten customers .There were two staff members that kept looking from the back area but took half an hour before one of them came to serve this was from 2-3 pm .felt sorry for the one teller and she said it’s like that every day .
Waited 15 minutes in line to give them a form they wanted me to provide (after years of using them at my workplace only) only to be told it would be another half an hour wait for them to even look at it. Disgraceful.
Westpac we might have to start changing to another institution as no staff available at the branch Only St,George staff available which a untrustworthy, do to past experience funds went missing at StGeorge, after waiting 20 od minutes,, when I asked a westpac staff member is there a westpac employee available at the teller due to only having stgeorge tellers available , he stated no it’s just those 2: at the counter with a attitude, ok if you don’t want to be at work that’s fine don’t take it out on customers, any way was to... read more
