Waited 15 minutes in line to give them a form they wanted me to provide (after years of using them at my workplace only) only to be told it would be another half an hour wait for them to even look at it. Disgraceful.

Waited over 20 minutes to be told travel card no longer exists despite being recommended on Web sites & earlier by a bank official there. Lady abrupt & disinterested. No alternatives offered. Would give zero if I could. Never any apologies for huge delays regularly experienced here.
Disappointing experience. The St George/Westpac combo bank not really working. Understaffed with long waits. They served someone who arrived after me, so I left. I'll go to a more professional branch.
