Great when open …….been twice in the last ten days both times closed mid afternoon.with a sign saying apology……etc etc not really good enough

It’s not great lack of staff and training means queues are unnecessarily long and as there’s no facilities I saw an elderly man collapse. It was all quite dark honestly but I never go into banks so maybe this is the new normal
Went in for help with Westpac ATM card being rejected for no logical reason only to be insulted by teller then patronised by bank manager. Their advice? Always take enough cash shopping to cover the cost of whatever you intend to buy because the Westpac card cannot be reasonably expected to work on any given occasion. Alternatively, "find another bank if you're not happy"... direct quote from Craig the manager. I am switching banks ASAP. Their extremely poor people skills won the day.
