Had to deposit money I to my account tried to use the atm, two wouldn’t accept cash appear broken. But third time lucky, you can also deposit coins and the actually had a couple of staff serving and the line wasn’t long.

I have had a great experience with my late Mum's Estate Account at the Rockingham branch. Kind but efficient with good advise. Karla efficiency did 3 telegraphic transfers and 1 interbank transfer for me this morning and was very helpful, proffesional but also friendly. Top job!
DO NOT use the “smart” atm on the right. It will take your cash for a deposit and not actually add the full amount. Judging by other recent reviews this machine has been broken for while.
Customer beware of the coin deposit machine it is not properly calibrated, you will lose some of your money! Will not use again.
