It is worst ever branch with the poorest customer service. Always long queue with an average waiting time of almost 20-30min. Who can imagine that when you deposit money in your account it could be deposited into your term deposit because it is liked to your bank account.
Disappointing and utterly unprofessional service. I came here to transfer a larger amount between accounts. I was served by Helen around 3pm on Wednesday the 27th of August. Only to find out the money was transferred but also put back into the account it was suppose to be transferred from. Unfortunately Helen was also unable to transfer an amount to another account when I requested this I was told to do that on my app at home!!! I would recommend to train your staff. I definitely will change banks this is unacceptable.
A branch that treats the "customer " as an inconvenience! I've been with Westpac for some 50 years, but this branch has motivated me to join another bank. Places like this need to remember, if it was not for the customer, they would not exist!
