I tried ringing Westpac several times on all contact nos to finally get someone to answer - a simple question - took about 20 mins and could barely understand the accent - sorry but this is PATHETIC service
Just went to Westpac. Robina had to do a transfer. I’ve never done before Sarah at the helpdesk was absolutely amazing super helpful through the process to make sure everything was correct. Superb customer service, Thank you so much :)
Shocking service at this bank. Disinterested staff uncaring and unhelpful.
Absolutely terrible service. Don't bank with westpac because its always like this.
The lack of tellers is just a joke! Imagine having 5 employees hanging around the front desk having a chat about their lunch and what not and a que a mile long with only 1 teller to serve. The future of banking is disturbing!! (By no means is this employees fault) it’s just a shitty system and you should ensure at least 30 min to spare when going here
