Helpful staffs, very efficient.
Shocking Service, the staff just stand around chatting with each other while there is a queue of customers out the door, they genuinely seem not interested in helping their customers
Had my 84 year old sister went in for a security reason on a credit card transaction , she wanted to change her credit card to a new one , was told they don't issue credit cards anymore Or might be because of her age they said , so could not do ! What has become of the banking system these days , but would that not be discriminating against her on an age basis , a loyal Westpac customer for many , many , years , seems to me we are just a number in this world today !
I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful service provided by Riverton Westpac to my 86 year old mother and me yesterday. Personal banker Neet Kukreja whisked us from the queue (we were second so next, anyway) and made us comfortable in an office. She quickly and efficiently dealt with Mum’s transactions and mine. She also noticed that one of my accounts was a very old one and advised me to move my funds to an account that paid much higher interest. Thank you Neet, for your excellent service.
Connie is very good and has enough knowledge to answer customer questions!cause Westpac close lots branch so as customers we also have patience to wait for them to serve us!
