Absolutely disgusted with a caucasian woman Monica, a manager at Swan st Westpac branch. The customer service was terrible. She was too lazy to write in my bank book my deposit and withdrawals. She said she'll print off a statement and I can get my children to write in the bank book instead. She said it's too busy when there was nobody there. This branch would be closing soon because of unbelievably rude and lazy managers like Monica.
