Service very slow
OMG Is this for real?? I wanted to phone the local Branch to arrange a time to update signatories to our community service accounts. The threevattempts to leave a message after the "your call is important to us" failed to return a call I rang the Westpac 1300 number and was transferred to a staff member who took my details and the nature of my enquiry. Several minutes lat er I received an email to advise my request for assistance had been directed to the Branch.and would be dealt with within 1 to 3 business days...really????... read more
Terrible staff, very rude as well..!! Its none of their business what we all do with our money 💰 🤑
