My husband and I visited the Raymond Terrace branch of the Westpac Bank today (27/4/22) to look into opening some new accounts and were greeted with a lovely, very helpful young man (Mark W.) who was able to set up everything that we needed in a very proficient & timely manner which we were extremely happy with. It is so refreshing to have this type of customer service in this day and age. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this bank/branch & their staff! 👌
