Cane into the beach to do a basic withdraw at 10 am in the morning and they had one staff member operating customer service. The staff service was really slow it took them 30 min to do basic transactions in the branch what makes it worse they had to staff members standing around talking to each other doing nothing typical trashy Westpac service useless tellers who have no clue to run a branch in the CBD of a busy city
How do you give no stars. I had a shocking experience with one of the tellers. An elderly slim white woman with no respect. Danced around my questions and was oblivious to any answers whatsoever. Instead of getting help she gave me false and misleading information and sent me away with nothing but a head filled with more questions. Absolutely appalling customer service.
