Friendly staff and great service at this branch
I would like to acknowledge Sharon of Westpac Prospect (Northpark Shopping Centre) for her excellent customer service. She assisted me with an issue regarding a transaction I made on the ATM and also helped me update my personal details. What I truly appreciate is that Sharon took the time to phone me with an update on the issue I raised which gave me peace of mind. Thank you Sharon for your patience and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I had booked an appointment over the phone a day prior and even took leave from work to attend. However, when I arrived at the branch, the attendant was unwilling to assist and kept giving excuses instead of helping. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable, especially when customers plan their time in advance. If staff are not available or not willing to assist, it should be communicated beforehand rather than wasting someone’s time. Really unprofessional service and needs serious improvement.
Went in expecting the usual bank runaround but the lady at the helpdesk was sharp, switched on, and genuinely helpful. Made the whole process smooth as. Respect.
