I may not have an account here but it’s the only bank in Proserpine. I walked in, after travelling 44kms from home, with some bagged coins, not much, 4 bags of $2 coins, 1 bag of $1 coins. ($220) There was nobody else in the bank and she refused to swap me for some notes repeatedly saying, Open an account!!!! What happened to good old fashioned customer service. Luckily the post office was more than happy to help me out. This is where we are at in life now where helping someone out no longer exists.
It's not open on the holidays there closed for a week they should update that other than that though I love there customer service how there always nice to everyone and it just seems like the one of the best Westpac branch to go to all the other branches are similar with kind staff helping and generally awesome Westpac rules
